XCasT LABS VoIP and SKYPE services INTEROPERATE

Los Angeles (June XX, 2009) XCast Labs (www.xcastlabs.com), a leading global provider of SaaS digital voice and video solutions, today announced that its basic voice-over-IP (VoIP) products and services would be fully interoperable with Skype by June 15, 2009.

The first time any Skype user calls an XCast customer, they are assigned a unique XCast Caller ID enabling them to be called back directly from any XCast SIP device.

 

This service is available for both business and residential customers free of charge, and also is available to the end-users of Cable MSOs, CLECs, RLECs and marketing companies for whom XCast is providing the underlying VoIP services.

 

Presently, XCast Labs is working with several well-known carriers, enterprises, cable operators and broadband service providers, including Avenue Broadband, Integrated Telemanagement Services (ITS), Greenfield Communications, UseeIsee and Telescope.
